Cheyann is Licensed Realtor in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and a member of the Rhode Island Association of Realtors and Greater Providence Board of Realtors. A Connecticut Native, Cheyann grew her love for Rhode Island after graduating from Roger Williams University and hasn’t left the ocean state since!
Cheyann became passionate about the real estate industry for many reasons. Her mother is a realtor back home in Fairfield County, her father owned his own contracting business and her brother in Real Estate Finance and Investments in New York City. She loves real estate for the purpose of building relationships, long-term friendships, helping people find the home of their dreams, and most of all, for the sake of making clients happy. Cheyann specializes in first-time home buyers, loves educating new clients through the process, and enjoys assisting investors and experienced buyers as well.
Cheyann enjoys hiking with her pit-lab mix, kayaking and paddleboarding, skiing in the Northeast, and yoga. She enjoys traveling to unique places and exploring new adventures. You can also catch her at the beach when she is not assisting a client.
Cheyann will not only help you find the perfect home, but she will also guide her clients through the process, and listen to their wants and needs. She will work hard for all of her clients and will do everything in her power to make sure the process is smooth, effective, and worth the effort.
