Jim is a real estate agent, with the energy, enthusiasm, and drive to help all his clients achieve their real estate objectives. Through a combination of hard work, innovative marketing, and great communication, Jim continues to be a resource for all clients beyond just the transaction. After spending more than 12 years in sales, Jim entered the real estate profession with his problem solving skills and “customer first” attitude. His invaluable sales and marketing experience have helped catapult Jim into a successful agent.
The purchase or sale of a home or investment property is a large commitment and is expected to require uncommon energies and efforts by all parties involved. Jim makes it a personal goal to guide each one of his clients through these processes with his dedication to exceeding expectations and making the process as stress-free as possible. Jim is able to do this by maintaining an attitude that buying and selling a property should be a positive experience, while additionally implementing his knowledge of the local real estate marketplace as only someone who has grown up in Rhode Island can.
As a former college athlete at the University of Mary Washington, Jim learned the importance of team building and how to work with others in the face of adversity.
Jim currently lives in Cranston, Rhode Island with his wife Lauryn and daughters Gabriella and Rylie. In their spare time, they love going for hikes with their dog Tux, spending time on the water in the summer, and enjoying the mountains of NH in the winter.
