In her vital role at Westcott Properties, Jessica Simon is at the helm of the Offers and Contracts Department. Recognized for high standards of ethics and integrity, Jessica's experience and professionalism has resulted in her prominent standing in the real estate industry. She has built her reputation on navigating the transaction process with outstanding attention to detail, and has continuously demontrated skill with the finer points of complicated offers, negotiations and contracts. Jessica's vast experience and knowledge of her industry has allowed her to successfully cater to the coorperating agents in our industry, as well as buyers and sellers throughout the ever-changing marketplace and unique dynamics of the properties negotiated enables her to offer perceptive insights, whether coordinating offers and contracts for residential condos, multi-unit properties, commercial and mixed-use developments for our institutional clients and investors alike.

With her calm, cool, and collected personality Jessica is always a go to person when it comes to struggles in day to day operation or simply teaching a new member her vital roles. Her honesty and diligence enables her to strive in the business while always remaining task focus and always servicing the client.

Prior to joining Westcott Properties, Jessica developed her keen business acumen and skills at Providence College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Jessica is licensed as a real estate sales associate and consultant in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In her spare time, Jessica devotes her time to physical fitness, enhancing her cooking skills and her love of fashion. Jessica is currently a proud resident of Boston, Massachuetts, however she has lived all over the country and was raised primarily in East Greenwich, Rhode Island.
