Michael J. Riley, a 28-year industry veteran, has served as President of the Management Division and the Acquisitions and Investment Division of Westcott Properties.During his tenure, he has developed an unerring sense of effective management which translates into successful projects and higher property values. In addition to being a primary force in executing Westcott’s philosophy of real estate management and sales as a customer service business, Michael is also responsible for having spearheaded the company’s Sports Relocation Division. Michael has been and continues to be a sports enthusiast, with baseball as his passion. Over the years, Michael has been able to integrate his love of sports with his passion for real estate. He has worked successfully with many professional athletes in Boston and New York providing sales, investment and rental advise and relocation services. When the clients require assistance outside his market area, Michael effectively utilizes his nationwide network of brokers as a referral network to best serve his sports celebrity clientele.
