John Lima has enjoyed great sucess since entering real estate in 2007, not solely because he has done well building his business, but because he has forged strong client relationships that continue to endure. A seasoned and trustworthy real estate professional, John is recognized for his exceptional listening skills, ability to creatively approach each scenario, and matchless diligence, competence & integrity...John gets results. John has an innate ability to envision, maximize and convey a space's potential and value- from simple aesthetic changes to minor renovation ideas. John has a very strong work ethic, is a great negotiator and is very thorough with every detail of the transaction. He prides himself in establishing working relationships with his clients, co workers and cooperating agents alike.

The reward to his service and knowledge is a constant stream of referrals. Graduating in 2004 Cum Laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, John began his professional career in a premier engineering firm specializing in large residential subdivisions and commercial developments. Within a short time he was promoted to Project Manager. It was in this arena that John gained his exposure to the world of real estate development. After several successful years in the engineering business, he refocused his efforts to combine both philosophies into the real estate industry. The skills honed and developed while helping coordinate large scale construction projects in a timely and cost efficient manner have been transferred to his work at Westcott Properties.
