Working alongside several senior members of the administrative and sales staff,  George  assists in all aspects of the business, from marketing and administrative support, to research and reporting on market activity in the default industry,  to  short sale negotiations and documentation. The intense hands on experience has quickly catapulted this young and market savvy agent into the epicenter of the real estate profession enabling him to   thrive as a hybrid sales and rental agent in this fast paced Providence based real estate firm. His own knowledge and experience coupled with the expertise of his associates ensures innovative solutions and professional direction for his clients to help them successfully reach their goals.    George works diligently with buyers seller and renters alike and prides himself on his keen market knowledge, strong negotiation skills,  and attention to detail in all aspects of the transaction.

In spite of his demanding schedule, George finds time to travel extensively, spend time with friends and frequent local restaurants and venues, always keeping abreast of the changes and developments in the Providence landscape.  George is able to bring a friendly but entrepreneurial approach to his clients renting, buying, selling or investment process.

George received his B.S. in Finance from Providence College; he began his career at Westcott Properties during college and continued after graduation.  He is currently a resident of Cranston, RI
George grew up in the Elmhurst neighborhood of Providence and attended Classical High School.  He is fluent in English and Armenian and is a proud and active in the Armenian community.
